Using the site

You must not upload or request material you do not have the right to share.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to the site.
You may not use automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar technologies to access, collect or download content from the site without our written permission.
You may not interfere with the proper working of the site or attempt to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features.
You may not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
You may not use the site to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the site complies with all laws applicable to you.
Purchases and downloads
Prices are shown in Kenya Shillings and paid through M-Pesa via our payment partner.
A document is unlocked only after the payment is confirmed. Download links are personal, time-limited and limited in number.
Keep your invoice reference or M-Pesa code: it lets you recover your purchase.
If a paid document is broken or not as described, contact us within 7 days at dericketale254@gmail.com and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.
Payments are processed by our payment partner (Editoria Payment Hub and Safaricom M-Pesa). We never see or store your M-Pesa PIN.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any charges incurred through your chosen payment method.
Download links are issued to the purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred or resold.
If we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised payment activity, we may suspend or cancel your access to the document and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with this section and our Refund Policy, and may be subject to verification of the issue you report.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
If a document is withdrawn from the site after you have purchased it, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure you retain access to the version you downloaded.
You are responsible for keeping your invoice reference and M-Pesa code safe, as they are the primary means by which we can verify and recover your purchase.
Contributions and reviews
By contributing a resource you confirm you own it or have permission to share it, and you allow us to publish it on the site. Reviews must be honest and about the document; we may moderate or remove them.
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in your contribution, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, display, distribute and promote your contribution on the site.

Reviews must be honest and about the document. They must not contain personal attacks, spam, advertising or content unrelated to the document.
We may moderate, edit or remove reviews that breach these Terms, and we may suspend or ban users who repeatedly breach them.
